Steve Fanning improved some Calc function help pages Olivier Hallot (TDF) updated the help page for Impress object transformations Bai Xiaochun replaced uses of homegrown math functions with standard library ones Vasily Melenchuk (CIB) fixed incorrect formatting being applied to Writer text fields while editing them and added delimiting to chapter fields Dante Doménech created a new version of the OpenSymbol font Jeff Huang cleaned out the unused code for collecting usage data Tomaž Vajngerl (Collabora) improved the Sidebar preview of theme colour sets by adding name display, continued working on the new searching and indexing feature and made some code cleanups and refactorings Luboš Luňák (Collabora) took the first step in getting Skia graphics engine integration to work on macOS and fixed an issue with image sizes in

LibreOffice 7.2 RC2 is available for testing
The LibreOffice Quality Assurance ( QA ) Team is happy to announce LibreOffice 7.2 Release Candidate 2 is available for testing! LibreOffice 7.2 will be released as final in mid August, 2021 ( Check the Release Plan for more information ) being LibreOffice 7.2 RC2 the fourth pre-release since the development of version 7.2 started at the end of November, 2020. Since the previous release, LibreOffice 7.2 RC1, 90 commits have been submitted to the code repository and 55 bugs have been fixed. Check the release notes to find the new features included in LibreOffice 7.2. LibreOffice 7.2 RC2 can be downloaded from here for Linux, MacOS and Windows. In case you find any problem in this pre-release, please report it in Bugzilla ( You just need a legit email account in order to create a new account ).
